3.Customized Size (Including Plus Size)/ Colorneed extra fee USD30.00.
4. Any changes of Size/Color/Special Request are not acceptable after order placed exceeds 24 hours.
5. If you want to cancel the order: We accept full refund within 24 hours after you placing the order; there is just 50% partial refund after you place the order more than 24 hours(the 50% is the cost of our material).
6. We Promise Shipping Dress within 10-15 days(not big order), usually shipped by Aliexress standard shipping way and this is free.
Delivery Time: 15-30 working days to major destinations, not remote countries.
If you need urgent, please contact us to ship by fast shipping(like DHL,Fedex...), but this need you pay extra fee. otherwise we will insist shipping by post air mail.

1) Due to we only custom made these dresses according to reference pictures with a much lower price than original offical price ,so we can't make sure 100% exactly same as picture ,if you mind please be cautious to order .2) Our dress quanlity and similar degree is very high ,the similar degree could be more than 96% .3)The taxes are charged by your country, so we won`t take care of them. But if you have any suggestions, we weill try our best to lower down such cases.

Return Policy
We realize that it is difficult to purchase a dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. So please read the return policy below carefully. We refuse return the items without any quality or size problems
1). You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return.2). Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors.3). Return shipping charges will be the buyer`s responsibility.it is buyer`s responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchange.4). Just quality problems or size mistake ,we accept returning.
5).If you are not satisfied with the items for your own reasons, except it's a customized dress or promotional dress, you can also get the refund if the products are returned within 3 days with original tag and package. Only you are required to pay 15% restocking fee and the two ways shipping cost.
6).As for custom made size and color ,we will not accept return .
